Resharpening
Our craftsmen will manually sharpen the scissors while checking their condition. They will restore their sharpness to the same level as when you first purchased them.
We also provide polishing maintenance for the entire pair of scissors, which will remove any dullness or dirt on the surface and restore their appearance. Please use our service if you find it difficult to sharpen the scissors yourself or if you would like thorough maintenance.
*We generally do not accept resharpening or repairs of products from other companies. Each manufacturer may use special blades or steel materials, so please understand that even if you send us products from other companies, we may not be able to repair them and will have to return them to you.

1. It is not necessary to call in advance, but if you do, please call between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
2. Please pay for the outbound shipping fee.
3. Please state "Request for resharpening" in the item name column on the shipping invoice.
4. As this is a bladed item, please be careful when packaging and shipping.
5. There is no designated delivery company.

Repair
In addition to blade sharpening, we also undertake repairs such as welding and replacement, so please feel free to contact us.
Repairs are subject to a fee and costs vary depending on the item and condition.
We will take a look at the item and provide you with a repair estimate.
As with resharpening, please send the affected scissors to us.
*If you have a free blade sharpening voucher, please enclose it. (It may be covered by the blade sharpening service.)
*Please pay for the return shipping fee.
